Sarah & David

"The Nurse and the Navy Man" were married down the street from my house at the beautiful Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. I drive by there all the time and have always wanted to tape a ceremony there, and I was not disappointed! The cathedral is full of pretty items that make the videographer in me feel like a kid in a candy shop. And the ceremony was so lovely too. Because of the layout of the altar, I had to shoot from the oppsite side I usually do, facing the groom instead of the bride. It turned out to be so fun watching David's face as he looked into Sarah's eyes and said his vows. He just looked so in love! After the ceremony we headed over to The Villa for the reception, replete with glow sticks, a New Orleans style dance line, and fireworks. Everyone, including myself, had a blast!

Sarah said, "Thanks for all your hard work! It really impressed my mom and me that you came to the rehearsal. I also appreciate your calm personality, and just how you handled me. If I needed anything you helped me out, and when I was upset about not having my rosary, you just listened...The ceremony felt like a blur to me...I'm so glad you were there to capture it for me, so I can "relive" it. I really felt my wedding was perfect, and I felt like I had the best of everything. The best location in Tyler, the best photographer, and the best videographer!"
