Nic & Cam: The Invitations

Since all the invitations are mailed out now, I can give them their official blog unveiling. Here they are, in all their bright, beautiful, colorful, unique glory:

This is the front. The back is printed with directions to the church and reception location. Good way to save a little money and trees.

Here's how they look in real life, even though the colors are off. I was about to mail back the reply card before I remembered to take the requisite photo!

We forgot to include the wedding web site anywhere on the invite or reply card (doh!), so Nicole had these little business-card-sized inserts printed up with the details. This is the back. This pretty image will likely be found somewhere else, probably on the programs.

The reply card. This is the same wording I used for mine and I think it's very clear but warm and gracious.

These babies were a long time coming. With countless emails between Nicole and Amy Dale, and Nicole and me, we finally tweaked and adjusted until everything was just right. The process went pretty smoothly and I know Nicole and Cam are really happy with the results. One big "check" off the to-do list!

(You can see their dave-the-dates here.)

I do love them so! Working with Amy was fantastic-she's super professional, prompt and does what she say's she will. I'm thrilled with the final results.

Also, one thing that's great about the reply card is that it gives room for people to write comments when they mail the card back, which a lot of my guests have done so far. At first I wondered if there was too much blank space on the card, but I realize that it's kind of nice to have that space. Just something to think about.
